As a member of the Dacora Waitlist, you will receive exclusive updates about our vehicle development and manufacturing process. You will also have opportunities to view our concept car in person and be among the first invited to purchase a Dacora vehicle.

By joining the Waitlist, you indicate your interest in becoming a Dacora owner and agree to the terms and conditions below.

1. Non-Disclosure: As a Waitlist member, you may receive proprietary, non-public information regarding Dacora’s vehicles, designs, technology, and business operations. By joining, you agree not to share, distribute, or disclose any such information to any third party without prior written consent from Dacora. This obligation remains in effect until such information has been publicly disclosed by Dacora.

2. Non-Binding Nature: This Letter of Intent (“LOI”) is non-binding and does not create any enforceable rights or obligations between the Buyer and Seller. Only a future written and duly executed contract for sale will be legally binding. The terms and conditions of that contract will supersede any statements contained in this LOI.

3. Deposit: The Buyer indicates intent to provide a deposit of ten percent (10%) of the vehicle purchase price to the Seller in order to secure a position in the production queue prior to the end of 2026. The specific terms of the deposit, including timing, payment method, and refundability, will be outlined in the future contract for sale.

4. Termination: Either party may terminate this LOI at any time upon written notice to the other. Upon termination, this LOI shall be of no further force or effect.
