Stillwater
A study in restraint. A daily ritual in motion.

Most commissions begin with a desire to be noticed. This one began with the opposite.
The owner of Stillwater approached Dacora with a simple ask: “I love what you’ve built. I just need it to look less fancy.” A lifelong devotee of black cars, they envisioned a Model 001 that could become part of their daily rhythm—commuting, golfing, and everything in between—without sacrificing the sculptural silhouette or the calm interior experience that drew them to Dacora in the first place.

Stillwater vanishes into shadow and reemerges with the light
Finished in a nostalgic deep piano black for body and hood, Stillwater has no need for ornament. The speed trim lines on the front fender and the luggage rack detail at the rear were removed to soften the visual breaks, letting the body form speak without interruption. Bright aluminum gave way to a dark anodized trim—more texture than shine, more presence than polish. The result is a car that disappears and reappears with the light.

An executive cabin built for flexibility and practicality
Inside, the ambiance is serene yet assured. Deep black leather seats meld seamlessly with rich honey oak wood and satin-black and dark silver accents, weaving a cohesive material narrative. Tailored to a professional routine, the rear executive lounge features an integrated work desk on one side and a discreet F&B station on the other—yet with the weekend in mind, it effortlessly converts to a three-seat bench for family and friends. It’s a private office on wheels, sculptural in poise and uncompromisingly practical.
